Niu Diankui, male, from Fuyang City, Anhui Province, was born in February 1941 and started to engage himself in commercial photography in 1963. During this period, he took time to join photography tour and learn painting. After retired from his previous practice, he started to have more time create photographs and paintings. He is a member of China Photographers Association, the World Photographers Union and Anhui Artists Association. He has published such works as "Years leave traces", "Cow's eyes view the world", "No boundaries for practitioners", and "Writing with Bamboo Charm".
