Hanging cloth from religious tombs has been one of the customs of Iranian people for a long time. The owner of the cloth hangs it with the intention of fulfilling his wishes and vows to untie the knot from his problems. It seems that according to the religious beliefs of Iranians, by opening these colored cloths, especially green, the wish and vow of the owner of the cloth will be fulfilled. In the Holy Qur'an, among all the colors, green is introduced as the color of the heavenly clothes. (Verse 31 of Surah Kahf). Green is a symbolic color that not only the clothes of the people of heaven, but also the wings of the angels are green. Also, supernatural aid is mixed with this color and is considered the color of Sadat and Alawites, and this issue leads to the sanctity and connection with the divinity of green color and its scope in mysticism is evident.
