An Xiping was born in 1965 in Dali, Shaanxi Province. He joined membership of several photographic organizations at home and abroad,China Photographers Association(CPA),Shaanxi Photography Association, Global Photographic Union (GPU),Photographic Society of America (PSA), Royal Photographic Society(RPS）, and Photographic Society New York（PSNY）. 2nd Asia-Pacific International Golden Eagle Award winner in 2017; the first China Golden Horse Award winner in 2018; the 6th China Art Golden Horse Award winner in 2018; Top 10 PSA CHINA Photographer in 2017; his works have been exhibited in the 12th China Yixian International Photography Exhibition in 2017, China-Iran Photography Art Exchange Exhibition 2017, China-Morocco Photography Exhibition 2018 to celebrate 50th anniversary of Bilateral Relationship between China and Morocco, Camel Bell on Silk Road 1st China-Naiman International Photography Culture Festival Exhibition 2018, Pingyao International Photography Exhibition 2018. In the past few years, his works has won more than 100 gold medals, 60 silver bronze medals, and 480 ribbons and excellent awards and more than 6000 were accepted in photography contests at home and abroad.
